Order confirmation and tracking:
You will receive order confirmation via email after successfull order placement. We will process and ship your order within next business day. After your order is shipped, you will receive email with tracking information to track your package.
Changes and cancellations:
Additions, changes and cancellations to your order can be made at any time prior to shippment. If you need to make change in your order, please contact our support as soon as possible. If the order was already shipped, we wont be able to change or cancel this order.
Returns and refunds:
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can request full refund within 60 days of purchase date.
The refund policy is only applicable to purchases made on robobrush.com. Purchases of our products made on websites of other online retailers are subject to thats retailers return policy.
Your refund will be processed in 3-7 working days. In order to process your refund, your order must be returned to our warehouse.
